ASL - AUTOMATIC SPONGE LINE

The journey begins with foam sheets placed on the first indexing table. Here, an Automatic Vertical Machine (AVCM) meticulously cuts the sheet into long strips. These strips are then transported via tandem conveyors to a Grip grinder, where a precise profile is ground into both sides. Following this, an automatic stacker feeds the strips onto the second indexing table, where another AVCM cuts them into individual pieces. Control of this sophisticated process is managed through a PLC with a user-friendly and comprehensive screen interface. Here, operators input the dimensions of the sheets and the desired final dimensions of the cut pieces. The system then autonomously calculates the optimal width and length for cuts, along with the necessary trimming.

SG - SPONGE GRINDING MACHINE

A cutting-edge machine specifically designed for shaping the handles of scrubbing foam sponges. This machine epitomizes our commitment to innovation and quality in foam processing technology.

The SG is a marvel in engineering, featuring adjustable dual grinding wheels for precision shaping. Its variable speed grip belt drive smoothly pulls the foam strip through the grinding process, while adjustable side guides and a sliding bottom plate ensure consistency and accuracy. The machine's user-friendly design allows operators to easily feed foam strips into the conveyor, letting the SG handle the intricate grinding process. It's versatile enough to accommodate various widths and densities of foam.

An optional vacuum system enhances the SG's functionality by removing ground foam, which can be recycled, demonstrating our dedication to eco-friendly practices. SCM - SPONGE CARTONING MACHINE
